Deprez, Et. AI., which has been recorded under <br />Harris County Clerk's file No. K647357, and the City's owner' Title policy in the <br />amount of the purchase price, $5,750.00; subject only to the matters shown <br />thereon. ' , <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title policy should be put in the City's permanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />June 20, 1986, at closing.
