OO) cash and other good and <br />valuable considerations, to said FAIRMONT PARK JOINT VENTURE ~n <br />hand paid by the Grantee hereinafter named, the receipt of which is <br /> <br />hereby acknowledged, has hereby cancelled, waived, and releaseQ, as <br /> <br />to the following described real property, all of the stipulations, <br /> <br />~estrictions, covenants, conditions, easements, reservations, right <br /> <br />of reverter, right of first refusal, and building setback lines, as <br /> <br />contained in said conveyance, as to the following described real <br /> <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br />That certain 1.240 acres (54,000 square feet), being out D <br />of a called 25.935 acre tract in the William M. Jones <br />Survey, A-482, as more particularly described by metes <br />and bounds on Exhibit nAn attached hereto, incorporated <br />by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Grantor herein, FAIRMONT PARK JOINT VENTURE, and Grantee <br /> <br />herein, the CITY OF LA PORTE, covenant and agree that the herein <br /> <br />described 1.240 acre tract shall be used for a fire station and an <br /> <br />emergency medical station, and for other like municipal purposes <br /> <br />incident thereto, but for no other purpose. <br />
