OO) cash and other good and valuable considerations, to said FAIRMONT PARK JOINT VENTURE ~n hand paid by the Grantee hereinafter named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby cancelled, waived, and releaseQ, as to the following described real property, all of the stipulations, ~estrictions, covenants, conditions, easements, reservations, right of reverter, right of first refusal, and building setback lines, as contained in said conveyance, as to the following described real property, to-wit: That certain 1.240 acres (54,000 square feet), being out D of a called 25.935 acre tract in the William M. Jones Survey, A-482, as more particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit nAn attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes. Grantor herein, FAIRMONT PARK JOINT VENTURE, and Grantee herein, the CITY OF LA PORTE, covenant and agree that the herein described 1.240 acre tract shall be used for a fire station and an emergency medical station, and for other like municipal purposes incident thereto, but for no other purpose.
