Howell said property being <br /> described as: <br /> LOTS 21 AND 22 IN BLOCK 2 OF BATTLEGROUND ESTATES, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION <br /> IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF RECORDED OR FILED <br /> FOR RECORD IN THE MAP RECORDS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
