<br />the owner of the hereinafter described lots as her separate pro-

<br />perty and estate, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars

<br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
<br />
<br />is hereby acknowledged, paid to her by the City of La Porte, a muni-

<br />cipal corporation, has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these
<br />
<br />presents does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said City of La Porte, u)/

<br />/1"') pose of maintaining, operating, repairing and removing a water line

<br />and a sewer line, and all necessary laterals thereto, and for mak-

<br />ing connection therewith, together with the usual right of ingress

<br />and egress and the obligation to restore the condition of the sur-

<br />face of the land, the said Easement being more particularly described
<br />
<br />and located as follows, to-wit:

<br />As said water line and sewer line and laterals thereto
<br />are presently located within that portion of the aban-
<br />doned alley adjacent to Lots Nineteen (19) through Twenty-
<br />Two (22), both inclusive, in Block No. One Hundred Fifty-
<br />Seven (157), of the Town of La Porte, in Harris County,
<br />Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in
<br />the Office of the County Clerk of said County, to which
<br />reference is here made for all purposes.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, to-
<br />
<br />gether with all and singular the rights and appurtenances tbereto
<br />
<br />in anywise belonging, unto the City of La Porte, its successors,
<br />
<br />assigns and legal representatives, so long as utilized for the
<br />
<br />purposes herein granted, but upon the abandonment thereof by the
<br />
<br />City of La Porte, this Easement shall terminate ipso facto.
