<br />That HAPPY ,HARBOR METHODIST HOME, INC., a non-profit

<br />Texas corporation, of Harris County, .Texas, for and in considera...

<br />tion of the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO) cash to it in hand paid by
<br />
<br />the CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal corporation, receipt of which
<br />is acknowledged, and the further consideration of the benefits
<br />
<br />to be derived by it on account of the construction, reccr.st~~ction
<br />
<br />and maintenance by the CITY OF LA PORTE, of the said storm sewer
<br />
<br />in and through its certain premises hereinafter described, does
<br />
<br />hereby give and, grant to the said CITY OF LA PORTE, a m~nici~al
<br />
<br />corporation, of Harris County, Texas, the right to construct,
<br />
<br />reconstruct and perpetually maintain a storm sewer line, t~gether
<br />
<br />with all necessary laterals in, upon and across the following
<br />
<br />described property, to-wit:

<br />BEGINNING at a 5/811 iron rod found for the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot Four (4), Bay Shore Block, Bay Shore
<br />Park Subdivision, Harris County, Texas, according to
<br />the map thereof recorded in Volume 10, Page 22, of
<br />the Map Records of Harris County, Texas;
<br />
<br />THENCE, S.5lo08'E. along the North line of Lot Four (4)
<br />a distance of 269 feet, more or less, to the shoreline
<br />of Galveston Bay;
<br />
<br />THENCE, S.38052'W., a distance of 12 feet to a point for
<br />corner;
<br />
<br />THENCE, N.51008'W., following a line l2 feet South of
<br />and parallel to the North line of said Lot Four (4), a
<br />distance of 267 feet, ~ore or less, ,to a point in the
<br />East right-of-way line of Bayshore Drive;
<br />
<br />THENCE, in a Northerly direction along the East right-
<br />of-way line of Bayshore Drive a distance of l2 feet,
<br />more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
