Crawford, Jr., as recorded <br />in Volume 6959 at Page 568 of the deed records of <br />Harris County, Texas, dated October 11, 1967, said <br />center line of said easement being described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a 3/4" iron rod found for the <br />Southwest corner of said 9.4925 acre trac~; <br /> <br />. THENCE S 760 51' 37" E, along the South <br />line of said 9.4925 acre tract, a distance <br />of 731.51 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br />THENCE N 210 10' E, a distance of 112.73 <br />feet to a point for corner; <br /> <br />THENCE N 200 09' 52" E, a distance of <br />76.06 feet to a point in the South shore <br />line of Little Cedar Bayou. <br /> <br />Grantees herein, their successors and assigns <br /> <br />shall have rights of ingress and',egress,' to enter and - <br />
