" /' - (j) UTILITY EASEMENT STATE OF TEXAS S S COUNTY OF HARRIS S KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That JOHNSON-LOGGINS, INC., a corporation acting herein by and through its duly authorized officers, for and in consider- ation of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash to me in hand paid by the City of LaPorte, receipt of which is acknowledged, the further consideration of being allowed to connect our premises with the sanitary sewer hereinafter described, at the City's then normal tap charge, and the further consideration of the benefits to be derived by me on account of the construction, reconstruction and maintenance by the City of LaPorte of the said sanitary sewer in and through my certain premises hereinafter described, do hereby give and grant to the said City of LaPorte, a municipal corporation of Harris County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain a sanitary sewer line together with all necessary laterals in, upon and across: That certain 9.4925 acre tract of land out of Lot 23, W. B. Lowrance Subdivision, Johnson Hunter League, A-35, Harris County, Texas, as conveyed to Watson's Bay, Inc., from W. S. Crawford, Jr., by deed recorded in Volume 6959 at Page 568, of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, dated October 11, 1967, said easement being described as follows: COMMENCING at a 3/4" iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said 9.4525 acre tract; THENCE S 760 51' 37" E, along the South line of said 9.4525 acre tract, a distance of 416.41 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 130 08' 22" E, a distance of 176.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 300 40' 41" E, a distance of 234.12 feet to a point in the South shore line of Little Cedar Bayou; THENCE S 430 10' 52" E, along the shore line of Little 'Cedar Bayou, a distance of 15.62 feet to a point for corner:
