<br />with; all upon the condition that the City of Lomax w'ill at all ti:nes, after
<br />doing any w'ork in connection with the construction, reconstruction, or re-
<br />pair of said sewer, or any lateral thereof, restore said premises to the con-
<br />dition in which same 'W'ere found before such work was undertaken, and that in
<br />the use of said rights and. privileges herein granted the City of Lomax, Texas,
<br />will not create a nuisance or do any act that 'N'ill be detrimental to said
<br />premises.
