<br />Jack Bri,ggs , Trustees of the First Baptist
<br />Church of Lomax, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum
<br />of One Dollar ($1.00) cash to us in hand paid by the City of
<br />Lomax, Texas, receipt of which is acknowledged, the further
<br />consideration of being allowed to connect our premises with
<br />the sanitary sewer hereinafter described, and the further
<br />consideration of the benefits to be derived by us on account
<br />of the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance by the
<br />~ity of Lomax~ Texas, of the said sanitary sewer in and through
<br />our certain pTemises hereinaf.ter described, do hereby give
<br />and grant to the said City of Lomax, Texas, a municipal corp-
<br />oration of HaJrris County, Texas, the right to construct, re-
<br />construct, and perpetually maintain a sanitary sewer line to-
<br />gether with all necessary laterals in, upon, and across:

<br />A sanitary sewer easement out of La Porte Outlot 470
<br />as recorded in Volume 61, Page 374 of the Harris County
<br />Map Records, Harris County, Texas, in the Enoch Brinson
<br />Survey Abstract No. A-5, thus being more particularly
<br />described by metes and bounds as follows:

<br />BEGINNING~ at the southeast corner of said Outlot 470,
<br />said corner being in the north right-of-way line of
<br />North "H" Street and said corner also being the south-
<br />west corner of La Porte Outlot 250;

<br />THENCE, North 900.00 feet along the east property line
<br />of La Porte Outlot 470 to a point for corner, said
<br />point being the northeast corner of Outlot 470 and a
<br />common corner between La Porte Outlot 470, 431, 270,
