<br />Trusteer and Max Goldberg, recorded in Volume 6874
<br />at Page 112 of the Harris County Deed Records, said
<br />tract being located in the Richard Pearsall One Third
<br />League, said easement being more particularly described
<br />by metes and bounds as follows:

<br />630.838 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING also being the most Easterly
