<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That the BEAU-BAY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, for and in consider-
<br />
<br />ration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and
<br />valuable considerations to us in hand paid by the CITY OF .LA PORTE, (..../.--
<br />a municipal corporation, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

<br />and the further consideration of the benefits to be derived by it

<br />the City of La Porte of the said sanitary sewer and water lines in,

<br />on and through its certain premises hereinafter described, do hereby

<br />give and grant to the said City of La Porte, a municipal corporation
<br />
<br />of Harris County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and per-
<br />
<br />petually maintain sanitary sewer lines and water lines, together with
<br />
<br />all necessary laterals, in, upon, across, and under the following
<br />
<br />described property, to-wit:

<br />Being a 5 foot easement for the' purpose of laying and
<br />maintaining a waterline; said easement is located along /
<br />the property line between Lots 15 and 16, Block One, I'
<br />Creekmont Subdivision, Section One, Johnson Hunter Survey, "j
<br />A-35, Harris County, Texas, according to the plat filed
<br />for record in Volume 279, at Page 145 of the Harris County
<br />Map Records. The 5-foot easement is more particularly
<br />described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot
<br />which is also the Southwest corner of Lot

<br />Thence, following the South right-of-way line of Stone Creek
<br />Drive, in a Northeasterly direction, along a curve to the
<br />left; said curve, having a radius of 110.00 feet and a delta
<br />angle of 20 36' 16"; passing at 2.50 feet, the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot 16; for a total arc distance of 5.00 feet to
<br />a point for the Northeast corner of the 5 foot wide ease-
<br />ment.
