Dubrof, et aI, from R.S. Germany and Joseph J. Peppard recorded under File Number J594912, Film Code 087- 99-0223 of Harris County Official Public Records of Real Property (H.C.O.P.R.R.P.), same being a portion of Lots 8 and 9 of the F. A. Staashen Subdivision as recorded in Volume I, Page 22 of the Map Records of Harris County; said 0.8875 of one acre portion of Old La Porte _ Houston Road being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a 518-inch iro~ rod found at the west corner of said 10.2624 acre tract at the intersection of said Old La Porte - Houston Road (based on a 60 foot wide right-of-way) and the south right-of-way line of Houston Drive (width varies), same being an angle point of the north line of that certain tract of land described as 12.741 acres in a deed to Louisiana Chemical Equipment Company, Inc. recorded under File Number D743734, Film Code 153-32-2480 of said H.C.O,P.R.R.P.; THENCE SOUTH 890 28' 18" East, along said south right-of-way line and the west line of said 10.2624 acre tract, a distance of 90.73 feet to an angle point of said Houston Drive and said west line; THENCE NORTH 200 16' 17" East, along the east right-of-way line of said Houston Drive and said west line, a distance of 29.35 feet to the intersection of said east right-or-way line, said west line, the north right-of-way line of said Old La Porte - Houston Road and the south line of the T. & N. 0 Railroad property (based on a width of 100 feet), same being the northwest corner of said 10.26424 acre tract; THENCE SOUTH 690 43' 43" East (Reference Bearing), along said north right-of-way line, said south line and the north line of said 10.2624 acre tract, a distance of 611.52 feet to the northeast corner of said 10.2624 acre tract and the northwest corner of that certain 7.324 acre tract described in a deed to the Humble Pipe Line Company; THENCE SOUTH 000 09' 25" West, crossing said Old La Porte - Houston Road along the east line of said 10.2624 acre tract and the west line of said 7.324 acre tract, a distance of 63.90 feet to the south right-of-way line of said Old La Porte - Houston Road; Return to: Ci ty of La Porte Attn: Cherie Black P.o.
