<br />GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE,

<br />TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, for use

<br />by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right, privilege and
<br />
<br />easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and egress and
<br />
<br />reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter
<br />
<br />upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect,
<br />
<br />replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12ft) water line and
<br />
<br />facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by the
<br />
<br />said Grantor, and located in Harris County, Texas, said easement
<br />
<br />being more particularly'described as a ten foot (10') wide strip of
<br />land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-way of
<br />
<br />Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (100') right-of-way
<br />
<br />width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (10') wide
<br />
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,

<br />to-wit:

<br />Lot 114, Block 7, Spenwick Place, Section One (1),
<br />an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to
<br />the map or plat recorded in Volume 42, Page 64 of
<br />the Map Records of Harris County, Texas.
