<br />THAT We, Robert Chiles and wife, Sharron Chiles, of Barris

<br />County, Texas, hereinafter called the Grantor (whether one or more)
<br />for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and NO/100 Dollars
<br />($10.00) cash and other good and valuable considerations, to us in
<br />hand paid by the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation, of
<br />Harris County, Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged and confessed, have this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD )

<br />Harris County, TexaS, said easement being more particularly

<br />described as a ten foot (10') wide strip of land, immediately south

<br />of and contiguous to the right-of-way of Spencer Highway, based on

<br />one hundred foot (100') right-of-way width, the property being

<br />burdened with said ten foot (10') wide water line easement being
<br />
<br />more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

<br />in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
