<br />THAT I, Wendel Bruce Chambers, of Barris County, Texas,

<br />to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate,

<br />inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12ft) water line

<br />and facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by
<br />
<br />the said Grantor, and located in Barris County, Texas, said easement
<br />
<br />being more particularly described as a ten foot (101) wide strip of
<br />land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-way of
<br />
<br />Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (100') right-of-way
<br />
<br />width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (101) wide
<br />
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,
<br />to-wit:

<br />Lot 31, Block 2, Spenwick, an addition in Harris County,
<br />Texas, according to the map or plat recorded in Volume 42,
<br />Page 64 of the Map Records of Barris County, Texas.
