<br />THAT We, Alberto Nicholas Martinez and wife, patricia Elaine

<br />Martinez, of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter called the Grantor

<br />(whether one or more) for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
<br />
<br />NO/lOO Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable

<br />considerations, to us in hand paid by the City of La Porte, a
<br />municipal corporation, of Harris County, Te'xas, the receipt and

<br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have this

<br />day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does

<br />TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, for use

<br />by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right, privilege and
<br />easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and egress and
<br />
<br />reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter
<br />
<br />upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect,
<br />
<br />replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12D) water line and
<br />facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by the
<br />
<br />said Grantor, and located in Harris County, Texas, said easement
<br />
<br />being more particularly described as a ten foot (10') wide strip of
<br />land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-way of
<br />Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (100') right-of-way
<br />width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (10') wide
<br />
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,
<br />
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lots 161 and 162, Block 10, Spenwick Place, Section
<br />Two (2), an addition in Barris County, Texas, according
<br />to the map or plat recorded in Volume 48, Page 11 of
<br />the Map Records of Harris County, Texas.
