" EASEKElfT '-;,. 07/12/93 00267644 P331167 $ 23.00 KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: STATE OF TEXAS I COUNTY OF HARRIS I THAT, Houston Lighting & Power Company, a Texas corporation, herein called Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE THOUSAND NINETY DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS ($1090.90) CASH and other valuable consideration paid to Grantor by the City of La Porte, herein called Grantee, whose principal address is P.O. 1.-k;.~2>' Box 1115, La Porte, Texas 77572-1115, the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED and does hereby GRANT unto Grantee, a right-of-way and easement twelve (12) inches wide, for the installation, construction, maintenance, operation, replacement, protection, repair, and removal of a 12-inch wide waterline, hereinafter sometimes referred to as "pipeline", within the W. K. Jones Survey, Abstract 482, in Harris County, Texas, being out of a 12.87-acre tract of land described in a deed from Otis Harrison, Trustee, to Houston Lighting & Power Company, dated August 5, 1952, and recorded in Volume 2480. Page 600 in the Deed Records of Harris County. Texas, together with the rights of ingress and egress thereto. The specific location of the centerline of the l2-inch wide pipeline easement herein granted is more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The easement and right-of-way herein granted is subject to all of the conditions and reservations as set out in EXHIBIT B, hereto attached and made a -part hereof and also subject to Grantor's Construction Requirements as set out in EXHIBITS C and D, also hereto attached and made parts hereof.
