'J' X' " ~ )' \V' THE STATE OF TEXAS { { COUNTY OF HARRIS ( \ 4 . c;.. ~'7 r :L~3:'284 4 SEWER LINE EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 09/29193 0096351t) N7oU02 .. 9..00 ~ C\/ w U THAT NEW COVENANT PRESBYTERY, PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, U.S.A, formerly known as GULF COAST PRESBYTERY, UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, U.S.A., acting herein by and through its duly authorized officers, of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and NO/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal corporation, of Harris County, Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, for use by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right, privilege and easement, with appropriate IJ.~ rights of ingress and egress and reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12") sewer line and facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by the said Grantor, and located in Harris County, Texas, the property being burdened with said sewer line easement being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. Grantor retains fee simple title to the surface, subject to the terms of this easement. This easement shall revert to Grantor if abandoned by Grantee. Grantor reserves the right to construct driveways across the easement.
