<br />A NEW" DISTRICT FOR LOMAX AREA AND <br />OTHER lARGE LOT DEVELOPMENTS? <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission is interested in <br />creating a new district for large lot, large acreage, <br />suburban/rural type developments. <br /> <br />A town hall meeting will be hosted by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and City Staff. Any and all residents <br />of La Porte are welcome to attend. <br /> <br />We will hear input by residents if this is something they <br />are interested in, and what they would like to see in the <br />district. <br /> <br />LOMAX OLD CITY HALL <br />1508 LOMAX SCHOOL RD. <br />TUESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2004 <br />7:00 - 9:00 P.M. <br /> <br />A NEW" DISTRICT FOR MAIN STREET AREA <br /> <br />A Committee has been assigned to study the District and <br />start a review of zoning regulations of the area. <br /> <br />The Committee is nearing final review and <br />recommendations. At least two public hearings will be <br />scheduled.
