All agenda items are subject to action. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION — The invocation will be given by Clark Askins, Assistant City Attorney. 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Councilmember Tommy Moser. 4.
