<br />Building Codes Appeals Board <br />Minutes of March 22, 2007 <br /> <br />Members Present: Tom Campbell, Terry Bunch, Ken Schlather and John Elfstrom <br /> <br />Members Absent: Bruce Compton, Paul Larson and Ron Holt <br /> <br />City Staff Present: Deputy Building Official Mark Huber <br /> <br />Others Present: none <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting called to order at 6:12 P.M. by Chairman Tom Campbell. <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVING MINUTES FROM THE FEBRUARY 15,2007 MEETING <br />Motion to approve the February 15,2007 minutes, as submitted, was made by John <br />Elfstrom. Second by Ken Schlather. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />3. REVIEW AND DISCUSS CHAPTERS 30-32 OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING <br />CODE <br />Following a discussion by the Board, Terry Bunch made a motion to close the review and <br />discussion. Second by Mr. Schlather. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />4. ESTABLISH NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND TOPICS <br />Mr. Bunch made a motion to hold the next meeting on April 26, 2007 at 6 p.m. with the <br />following agenda item: Discussion of Chapter 1 of the Fuel Gas Code. Second by Mr. <br />Schlather. Motion passed unanimously. <br />
