National Itiieter Co. ~7 62.Parker Bros. <br />y~l 335 74. <br />Alderman Ruff offered a motion seconded by Alderman <br />Counts that the City Sec+y. be instructed to have <br />reapirs made on culvert at the corner of First and <br />No. A. and Park ave. and ~' st. Also gavel in hole <br />on No. First near L~;ain and 11th. near Sou. A. <br />Carried <br />Alderman Ruff Offered a motion seconded by Alderman <br />Agee that the city furnish gravel for Carrol ave. <br />i,r provided the property owners pay for the hauling and <br />grading . <br />Carried <br />Alderman Huff Offered a motion seconded by Alderman <br />Counts that the sewer committee investigat the build- <br />of a sludge pit at the disposal plant to be built with~~::~%~~ <br />RFC Labor, and eeport back to the council. <br />Carried <br />Alderman Counts offered s: motion seconded by Alderman <br />Ruff that the finance conBnittee meet with J H Rafferty <br />and effect a settlement as to the amount the city <br />owes him and arrange to settle same on a basis of <br />X25 00 per month, provided that It~;r.
