Boyle and Fred R Ruff ansersving to roll call. <br />I~iinutes of the last meeting were read and approved. <br />Corporation C urt Report <br />Report of the~Corporation Court for the month ending Oct. 31st was read and <br />ordered placed on file on motion by Aid. Ruff, second by Ald. Boyle. <br />Additional office furniture• <br />L~iotion by Ald. Boyle, second by Ald. Ruff that X25.00 additional be allowed- <br />for office furniture. Carried <br />Firemen's Prizes. - <br />I.Iotion by A1d.Boyle, second by Ald. Agee that the City Secretary be instructed <br />to set aside X50.00 from the General Fund and $50.00 from the Delinquent Tax <br />I~znd to be turned over to the Fire Department for Attendance Prizes. Carried <br />State Health Dept. <br />T~otion by Ald. Boyle, second by Ald. Agee that the letter from the State Health <br />Dept. be placed on file. Carried. <br />Hamilton- Armistice Day. <br />?'otion by Ald. Agee, second ny Ald. Roark that A.S. Hamilton be paid for <br />Armistice Day and that it be charged against his vacation time. Carried. <br />Tax Title Deeds <br />EZotion by A1d. Boyle, second by Ald. Agee that the City Secretary be instf~ucted <br />to have all-Tax Title deeds of the City recorded. Carried. <br />Tax Exemption <br />1:'~otion by Ald. Boyle, second by Ald. Ruff that the City Attorney be instructed <br />to prepare necessary claims for exemption of taxes on Lots 1 P.c 2, Block 2~., <br />Bay Front. Carried. <br />Sewer Conn.- Lot 16, BL. 305. L.P. <br />t~iotion by Aldo Boyle, second by Ald. Ruff that the matter of the Sewer Conn- <br />ection foz• P.Vd. Taliaferro on Lot 16, Bloclc 305, La Porte be turned over to <br />the Serer Com. Carried. <br />Sewer line- Ashton property. <br />~4otion by ~Ald. oyle second ny Ald. Ruff that the City run a se~rsr line from <br />the main line to the property line of the property boned by C.L. Ashton on <br />So. H. St. for the sum of X15.00. Carried <br />over <br /> <br />
