<br />quisition to Tips il~otor Cv. for a 1929 Chevrolet coupe, for the purchase price
<br />of ~~25.00 to be paid on or about January 1,1937. Carried.
<br />Building Permits
<br />motion by A_11d. Ruff,second by Ald. Boyle, that the City advertize the rates
<br />of the City Building Permits with a display ad. two columns, six inches, in the
<br />City's official paper and that the City require contractors to make application
<br />for permit before construction or repair work is started. Carried.
<br />Delinquent Tax Drive
<br />T~Zotion by Ald. Ruff, second by A.ld. Agee that the City Council instruct the Tax
<br />Collector to get up delinquent tax statements to furnish the City Attorney for
<br />collection and the City Attorney is instructed to proceed v~rith the collection
<br />by suit as necessary. Carried.

<br />motion by Aid. Ruff, second by Ald. Roark, that if T~7.V. Sullivan t~ri11 pay up
<br />the total ammsunt of his taxes now dLie the City, the City z"rwll allow him 6°1

<br />was due him. Carried.
