DZrgin, <br />wit ri the following members and city officials present: Commissioner L..R. Rigby, <br />(H. P. Pfeiffer absent), Special Counsel Jno,S. Kiibler, and City Clerk Frank G. <br />Baker, Also present were Mrs. Stabs, Reporter, and D~7.las ~,ker. <br />Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved., <br />The City Clerk was instructed to mail budgets to the County Clerk and the State <br />Comptroller. <br />Dallas 1'J~cer requested the City to f urnish a larger water line between ~.th and 5th <br />Streets. The Commission promised action on this matter in the near future. <br />D?otion by Rigby second by Burgin, that Ordinance No, 512, be adopted as read. <br />The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as Follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING Ti3E BOUNDtuRY LIMITS OF THL CITY OF LA. The <br />Mayor w-i.ll check on this and report back to the Commission. <br />Motion by Rigby second by Burgin, that surer line be extended to Block No. <br />152, La Porte, ~d cost of line, plus manholes be paid by Mayes ansi Grummet, <br />Taps will be made ti°rith a X2.50 connection fee. <br />Carried. <br />hgotion by Rigby, second by Burgin tiaat T, B. Trotter, C. P. A, be given a <br />contract renewal far one year, at X1000.00 per year. <br />Carried. <br />A letter fflo~n the First PJational Bank in regard to drive on City property, <br />was read and discussed.
