D. <br />Burgin' with the following members anal city officials present : Commissior~rs <br />L, R.Rigby and H. P. Pfeiffer, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, Supt. of Pub- <br />lic Works ~P. A. Arthur, aril Assistant City Clerk Eula. Exwin. Also present <br />was Mr. ~. H. Arnold, Credit Manager Manager of Magnolia petroleum Company. <br />Mixiutes of the last meeting were read and approved. <br />Motion by Pfeiffer, second by Rigby, that Ordinance No, s1,5, be adopted as <br />read. The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as follows: <br />AN ORDIl~l+~NCE CHANGING THE AAA OF THAT PART OF NORTH nF'~ STREET <br />EMENDING FROM NORTH E~tOADIfAY STREET WEST TO TFE CITY..LIMITS <br />AND CHANGING THE NA.BBE OF THAT PART OF NORTH ~H~ u~'TREET EXTIIdD-~ <br />ING FROM NORTH. Eldridge Construction Company, under the oantract with the City <br />of La Porte for .sanitary serer extensions. <br />Carried. <br />Nation by Rigby s ec orxi by Pfeiffer, t o pay SYyat t C . Hedr ick ~ s final estimate <br />for sanitary scorer extensions, Job No, t~713, in the amount of X138.73. <br />Carried. <br />Motion by Rigby, second by Pfeiffer that Ordinance No. 516, be adopted as <br />read.
