R.Rigby~ <br />Special Counsol Jno. S. K iibler, Supt. of Public Works W,A. Arthur, and Frank <br />G. Baker,City Clerk. Also present were. P,~s. Stabs and Jack La~evler, Press <br />Chief of Police Glen Shepperd, Patrolman,W. _ A. Lowery and h8r.
