P. <br />Pfeiffer, with the foLlovring members present: Commissioners Brown, Osborn, <br />Stabs arid. 33unham, and City Clerk Prank G, Baker. <br />Also present was John S. Kiibler. <br />Mr. Kiibler talked to the Commission pertaining to interest that the bank can <br />pay to the City on funds that are in the Interest and Sinking fond. and other <br />funds Mr. Kiibler discussed the interest rates on the funds of the City <br />and. the Oommission was not entirely in accord with Mr, KiiblerTa proposition, <br />and suggested that Mr, Kiibler talk to his Board pertaining to the differences, <br />and than report back to the Commission. <br />The insurance program of the City was discussed at length.
