Commissioner Stabs made a motion, <br />seconded by Commissioner Osborn, that Ordinance ~~o. <br />661, captioned: <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING A ABANDONING OF ALLEY <br />PORTION OF THE ALLEYWAYS LYING WITHIN BLOCK 4'7 IN BLOCK l~7, L.P. <br />IN THE TOWN OF LA PORTE, <br />be passed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Stabs made a motio <br />seconded by Commissioner Brown that the Mayor <br />authorized to sign the following agreement on <br />of the City, entered into betrween the City of <br />and Mr. Jay Marks. Motion was made by Commissioner Osborn, BID FOR 2 PICK-UP <br />seconded by Commissioner Stabs, that the acceptance TRUCKS LET TO JOE <br />of the low bid of Joe Camp Motors Company, for two (2) CANL~ MOTORS <br />pick-u~ trucks, at a combined cost of three thousand <br />two hundred eight dollars and eighty cents, (~ 3,208.80) <br />less seventy-five dollars (~ 75.00) trade-in be confirmed. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />
