Linney, <br />Minister of the Assembly of God Church, La Porte, Texas. <br />9. Minutes of the regular meeting of March 95, <br />9963, were read and approved with Section 2 being amended <br />to show "L" Street instead of "M" Street. Minutes were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />2. The Commission considered a request from <br />Mr. Jack Lawler for an entrance off Highway 946 to Oak <br />Park. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Osburn that the State Highway Department be <br />requested to provide two (2) openings 'through the esplan- <br />ade, one opening at the Oak Park Trailer Park and one <br />entrance at "L" Street intersection. The opening to be <br />temporary until the frontage road is constructed to pro- <br />vide •two way traffic. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Motion was made by Commissioner Osburn, <br />seconded by Commissioner Brown, that the sale .of a used <br />well pump for sixty-five dollars (~ 65.00) be approved. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />73. <br />COMMISSION REQUESTS <br />STATE HIGHWAY DEPT. <br />TO MAKE 2 OPENING OFF <br />946. <br />RE: OAK PARK COURT <br />"L" STREET <br />AUTHORIZATION TO SELL <br />USED WELL PUMP. <br /> <br />J <br />
