John Kiibler, Jr., of the Law firm of KIIBLER REPORTS TO <br />Kiibler and Kiibler, met with the City Commission and COMMISSION AFTER <br />gave a report in regard to the City of La Porte and the HEARING IN AUSTIN <br />City of Nouston~s Annexation law suit, which was heard <br />by the State Supreme Court on October 21, 1964. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded RESOLUTION NO. 34-64 <br />by Commissioner Stabs, that Resolution No. 34-64, autho- TAX ANTIC/PATlON <br />rizing the Director of Finance and the Mayor to issue a NOTE ($ 15,600.00) <br />Tax Antictpation Note to the La Porte State Bank for <br />fffteen thousand six hundred dollars, ($ ?5,600.00). <br />Motion carried. <br />* ~ <br />3. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Stabs, that the itemized statement from <br />Kiibler & Kiibler in the amount of ten thousand six hun- <br />dred dollars, (~ 10,600.00) for services rendered, be <br />approved for payment. Motion carried. <br /> <br />• <br />4.
