Call to order <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Clausen at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Members of City Council Present: Mayor Pro-Tem Mike Clausen, Council members <br />Tommy Moser, Mike Mosteit, Louis Rigby, John Black, Georgia Malone and Chuck <br />Engelken <br /> <br />Members of Council Absent: Mayor Alton Porter and Howard Ebow. <br /> <br />Members of City Executive Staff and City Emplovees Present: City Manager Ron <br />Bottoms, Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins, City Secretary Martha Gillett, Police Chief <br />Kenith Adcox, Assistant City Manager John Joerns, Director of Public Works Steve Gillett, <br />Finance Director Michael Dolby, Purchasing Manager Susan Kelley, Director of Planning <br />Tim Tietjens, City Planner Masood Malik, Building Official Debbie Wilmore, Court <br />Administrator Linda Kilgore, Deputy Court Clerk Lisa Cysdek, Deputy Court Clerk Marion <br />Harris and a number of other employees <br /> <br />Others Present: Barry Beasley, Carlos Martinez, Ted Powell, John Kerbey, Dottie <br />Kaminski, David Janda, Katherine Aguillar, Tommy Harman, Mike Henry, Pat Clark, <br />Colleen Hicks, Adam Yanelli of the Bayshore Sun, and a number of other citizens. <br /> <br />2. Reverend Michael Davis of the First Assembly of God delivered the Invocation. <br /> <br />3. Mayor Pro-Tem Clausen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />4.
