The Invocation was given by Don Hill of La Porte Interchurch Council. <br /> <br />3. Councilman John Zemanek led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />4. Presentations/Proclamations <br /> <br />Presentation - Mayor Rigby recognized Assistant Chief of EMS Lisa Camp and presented <br />her with a plaque for receiving the National Paramedic of the Year award. <br /> <br />5. Petitions, Remonstrances, Communications, Citizens and Tax Payers wishing to address <br />Council on any item posted on the agenda (Limited to five minutes) <br /> <br />Anthony Villarreal, 3903 Barracuda Lane - thanked the City for the pavement <br />improvements on Bay Colony. Suggested that the new street drug referred to as "K2" be <br />
