Call to Order <br /> Chairman Chuck Engelken called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Also present were: Committee <br /> Member Jay Martin and Alternate Member Dottie Kaminski. Absent: Committee Member Daryl <br /> Leonard. Also present: City Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby Alexander and Finance <br /> Director Michael Dolby. <br /> 2. Consider approval or other action regarding minutes of the November 14, 2016, meeting of <br /> the Fiscal Affairs Committee — P. Fogarty <br /> Committee Member Martin moved to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2016, meeting. <br /> Alternate Member Kaminski seconded. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 3/0. <br /> 3. Receive presentation of the 2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial (CAFR) Report — M. <br /> Dolby <br /> Paula Lowe, CPA with Pattillo, Brown & Hill, LLP, presented the 2016 Comprehensive Annual <br /> Financial (CAFR) Report and rendered an unmodified opinion. <br /> 4. Set date for next meeting — M. Dolby <br /> The Committee set April 10, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., as the date and time for the next meeting. <br /> 5. Administrative Reports — C. Alexander <br /> There were no administrative reports. <br /> 6. Committee Comments — Matters appearing on agenda; Recognition of community members, city <br /> employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing <br /> policy. <br /> There were no Committee comments. <br /> 7. Adjourn <br /> There being no further business, Committee Member Martin moved to adjourn the meeting at <br /> 5:28 p.m. Alternate Member Kaminski seconded.
