Call to Order <br /> Chairman Chuck Engelken called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Also present were: Committee <br /> Member Daryl Leonard and Jay Martin. Also present: Deputy City Secretary Sharon Harris, City <br /> Manager Corby Alexander, Finance Director Michael Dolby, Treasurer Shelley Wolny and Purchasing <br /> Manager Cherell Daeumer. <br /> 2. Consider approval or other action regarding minutes of the November 13, 2017 meeting of the <br /> Fiscal Affairs Committee— P. Fogarty <br /> Committee Member J. Martin moved to approve the minutes of the November 13, 2017, meeting. <br /> Committee Member Leonard seconded. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 3/0. <br /> 3. Receive and review First Quarter(FY2018) Investment Report— M. Dolby <br /> Treasurer Shelley Wolny presented the First Quarter (FY2018) Investment Report. There were no <br /> questions from Committee Members. <br /> 4. Receive and review months of September-November (FY2017) Purchasing Card Expenditures — <br /> M. Dolby <br /> Purchasing Manager Cherell Daeumer presented September-November (FY2017) Purchasing Card <br /> Expenditures. <br /> Committee Member Engelken asked the top vendor in the City. Purchasing Manager Cherell Daeumer <br /> responded Vesco. <br /> Committee Member Martin requested a report on the expenditures for the Mardi Gras held in February <br /> 2018. <br /> 5. Receive presentation of the 2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial (CAFR) Report— M.
