Dennis also related that
Carter Golf had already said they were going back in
with a backhoe or dozer and re-cut the drainage, they
are very aware of the problem.
Status of the club house was discussed and the Board was
made aware that the plans and bid specifications should
be ready to be picked up on February 16th. Bids would
be opened around the first of March. Dennis Dunham said
that he had never seen the final plans and requested to
look at them, he will be given a copy to review.
