<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />LA PORTE AREA WATER AUTHORITY <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 20, 1985 <br /> <br />1. The meeting was called to order by President Jerry Bramlett at <br />6:35 P.M. <br /> <br />MEMBERS OF THE BOARD PRESENT: President Jerry Bramlett, Vice- <br />President Al Fields, Member Cary Burnley. <br /> <br />MEMBERS OF THE BOARD NOT PRESENT: Secretary Rick Matthews <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: City Manager Jack Owen, City Attorney John Armstrong, <br />Public Works Director Jerry Hodge <br /> <br />2. There was discussion on the two (2) drafts of contracts that would be <br />presented to the entities and it was agreed that John Armstrong would <br />combine the two (2) contracts to make one strong one. <br /> <br />There also was a timetable presented that listed the target dates for <br />the completion of the contract. <br /> <br />Al Fields moved the timetable be accepted, second by Cary Burnley, <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The next scheduled meeting of the La Porte Area Water Authority Board <br />will be November 26, 1985, at 6:30 P.M., at the Public Works Service <br />Center. <br /> <br />3.
