<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />LA PORTE AREA WATER AUTHORITY <br /> <br />DECEMBER 5, 1985 <br /> <br />1. The meeting was called to order by President Jerry Bra~lett at <br />6:35 P.M. <br /> <br />MEMBERS OF THE BOARD PRESENT: President Jerry Bramlett, Vice <br />President Al Fields, Secretary Rick Matthews, Member Cary Burnley. <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: City Manager Jack Owen, Authority Attorney John <br />Armstrong, Neil Bishop of Turner Collie & Braden, Inc. <br /> <br />2. Rick Matthews made a motion to accept the minutes of the meeting <br />of December 3, 1985 as amended. Motion was passed unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Discussion was held on the proposed contract with the participating <br />entities. There were several changes noted. Al Fields made a <br />motion that the contract be corrected as noted and that the <br />corrected contract be delivered to the entities for their <br />review. Second by Rick Matthews, passed unanimously. <br /> <br />4.
