The meeting was called to order by President Jerry Bramlett <br />at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />MEMBERS OF THE BOARD PRESENT: President Jerry Bramlett, <br />Vice-President Al Fields, Secretary Rick Matthews, Member <br />Cary Burnley. <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: From the City of LaPorte: City Manager <br />Jack Owen, City Attorney Knox Askins, Director of Public <br />Works Jerry Hodge; From the City of Shoreacres: Mayor <br />Charles Ritterhouse, Councilmembers Richard Florence, Bill <br />Haiflick, City Attorney Bob Montgomery; From the City of <br />Morgan's Point: Mayor John A. Grimes, City Attorney Roy <br />Fuller; From the City of Seabrook: Acting City Manager <br />Evelyn Purswell, Councilmembers Helmut Kuehnel, Herb Miller; <br />From Baymud: R. C. Introductions were made by Jerry Bramlett of the Water <br />Authority and he then introduced Neil Bishop of Turner Collie <br />& Braden. Dr. Bishop made a presentation of the costs changes <br />in the update. Questions were raised by WCID #50 and Shoreacres <br />as to their projected water demands. Dr. Bishop advised them <br />their projections could be changed but they must do so by the <br />end of January, 1986, in order to finalize contracts in February, <br />1986. <br /> <br />John Armstrong discussed the highlights of the contract and <br />emphasized that any major questions or issues be presented in <br />writing. He also agreed to meet with the entities and their <br />Attorney on an individual basis, if needed. <br />
