Jerry vihiegray,assistant secretary; <br />Mrs.. Eugenie Miller, Mrs. Lois Compton,: and George Norris.- Alao present <br />were Jim Counts engineer for Bay Colox~r Subdivision, and representatives. <br />of subdivisions of Shoreacres and Shady Daks~. <br />After calling the meeting to order: the chairman asked ~Jtr., Counts' <br />to give a review of the the zoning of districts of the new proposed <br />subdivisions Bay Colony.. <br />Mrs. Moore read a letter, attached to and made a part of the minutes <br />of this meeting, from Mr. James C. Countts~. outling~ the classification <br />of Single Family Residential, Apartment, and Commercial Districts o~ <br />the Bay C~olox~- Subdivision.. <br />Mrs. Lois Compton moved that the Zoning Comnissioz~:approve the final <br />• plans as subana.tted. Mrs.. Miller seconded- the motion.
