CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman <br />Christensen at 7:00 P.1`R. <br />+ + + <br />2. CONSIDER PETITION TO ABANDON UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOTS 3, 4, <br />AND 19, BAYSIDE TERRACE ADDITION - Letters from Houston <br />Lighting and Power Company, United Gas, Inc., Entex, Inc., <br />Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and Bayshore Municipal <br />Utility District were presented expressing no objection to <br />the abandoning of the easement. Motion by Wm. Shedelbower <br />seconded by J. C. Hebert for. approval of the abandonment <br />of the utility easement on lots 3, 4 and 19, Bayside <br />Terrace Addition. <br />+ + + <br /> <br /> <br />
