CALL TO ORDER,- The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />+ + <br />2. DISCUSS PARK SITES WITH PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR - Ari <br />informal discussion was held by everyone present about city <br />park development. Eddie Gray represented the Fairmont Park <br />area development. The options discussed for all developers <br />were: <br />1. Money <br />2.. Land <br />3. Pool/Park facility developed by the builder <br />and donated to the city. <br />Options 1 and 3 were preferred by Stanley Sherwood for this <br />particular developement; Fairmont Park West Section 3 & 4. <br /> <br />Commission members reviewed the preliminary plat plan of <br />Creekmont. Area set aside for park development in pipe line <br />rightaway was unacceptable. <br />+ + + <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
