Considered approving proposed utilities for College View. <br />Motion was made to approve as submitted, seconded and passed. <br />2. Discussed request for rezoning block 757, Town of La Porte, <br />from residential to commercial for Hydroponic or Soilless <br />• system of gardening. After reviewing the code and discussion <br />with Mr. Fowler, no rezoning was required. <br />3. Considered variance request of Ralph Mains to allow a car port <br />on lot 3, block 2A La Porte Terrace, First Section. Motion was <br />made to deny the variance, seconded and passed. <br />~+.
