Womack <br />The request for variance to build a carport at 312 San <br />Jacinto by Andres Trevino (lots 11 7 12 Block 219) was <br />discussed. Motion was made by Pfeiffer to grant the request, <br />second by Blackwell. The motion carried 5-ayes and 0-nays. <br />Ayes: Pfeiffer, Springall, Wright, Bl~.ckwell, Grant <br />Nays: None , <br />• The Request .for variance on front building line on Lots 5 <br />and 6, Block 7, Sylvan Beach Addition by David R. Tutt was <br />discussed. A motion was made by Springall to grant the <br />variance, second by Wright.
