<br />MINUTES OF <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 17, 1988 <br />Members Present: Janet Graves, Chairperson, Lola Phillips, Inge <br />Browder, Charlie Boyle, Eugene Edmonds, (Bobby <br />Blackwell came, but did not stay since there was a <br />quorum). <br />Member Absent.: Jack Gresham <br />City Staff Present: John Joerns, Assistant City Manager, Joel <br />Albrecht, Director of Community Development, Mark <br />Lewis, Code Enforcement, Nina Browning, Community <br />Development/Engineering Secretary, John Armstrong, <br />Assistant City Attorney. <br />Others Present: Henry Ramirez, PPG Plant Manager. <br />Chairperson Janet Graves called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM <br />2) There was a motion by Inge Browder and a second by Lola Phillips <br />to approve the minutes of the special called meeting of August 30, <br />• 1988. Vote was unanimous. <br />3) Discuss Planning ~ Zoning issues related to P.P.G. Industries <br />tract. <br />John Joerns began the discussion by updating the P & Z Commission <br />with some previous history on the road, right-of-way, etc. since <br />the Comprehensive Plan completed in 1984 and the zoning portion <br />completed approximately 2 years ago. <br />John Joerns stated <br />Tom Bass agreed on <br />Bay Area Blvd. Thi <br />the owners at that <br />PPG.
