CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Vice~~Chairman Edmonds at 6:12 PM. <br />II. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE GENERAL PLAN FOR BONCOSKY <br />TRUC~I~TG TERMINAL, A MINOR DEVELOPMENT LOCATED IN <br />THE 1700 BLOCK OF SOUTH 16m STREET. <br />Mr. Rankin presented staff's report. The Commission granted conditional approval <br />of the General Plan at the Apn117`h meeting. An amended General Plan has now <br />been submitted for approval. Staff reviewed the amended General Plan and <br />recommended approval with conditions. <br />A motion was made by Chuck Engelken to approve the General Plan for Boncosky <br />Tnrcking Terminal with the following conditions: <br />1. Correct the required reference to #SCLJP 96-003 on the face of the plat. This <br />reference should be as follows: <br />On November 11, 1996, City Council considered Zone Change Request <br />#R96-004 and Ordinance 1501-V was approved by Counc~ granting the <br />P.U.D. with Special Conditional Use Permit #SCUP 96-003. <br />2. Delete condition number six since it was satisfied with the granting of #SCUP <br />96-003. There wr11 be eleven remaining conditions. <br />3. Amend General Plan as per checklist. <br />4. The original approved mylar of the General Plan, signed by the developer and <br />planning consultant, shall be provided to the City for placement in the official <br />files of the Planning & Zoning Commission. This is required prior to the <br />approval of any subsequent plat being approved by the Commission. <br />The motion was seconded by Jim Zoller. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />
