The meeting was called to order by vice-chairman Sidney <br />Grant at 7:00 P.M. <br />Members present: <br />Charlie Young <br />Members absent: <br />Others present: <br />Larry Williams <br />Sidney Grant, Linda Mains, Lawrence Farias, <br />Ronnie Rowell, Robert Swanagan, Andy Wilson <br />John Armstrong, Lamar Rollaway, R. Hooper, <br />2. The minutes of the meeting of February 9,-1984, were read <br />by Secretary Linda Mains. There being no additions or <br />corrections, the chair declared the minutes approved as read. <br /> <br />3. The Board considered the request of Mr. Richard Hooper for a <br />special exception to a rear yard setback. <br />Mr. Hooper explained his request 'to the board. He requested <br />a rear .yard setback special exception for section 2 of lot 6 <br />tract 14 of the W. B. Root subdivision (Spenwick) in order <br />to be able. to utilize the property. <br />After questions from the board were answered, motion .was made <br />by Charlie Young to grant the request for a rear. yard setback. <br />Second by Lawrence Farias. The motion carried, 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Mains, Farias, Young and Grant <br />Nays: None <br />4. The Board considered the request of Pulte Homes for a front <br />and rear yard setback special exception for block 4, lot 13, <br />Meadow .Park subdivision, section 1. <br />Mr. Larry Williams explained .that this lot is on a cul-de-sac <br />and the only way they can fit a home on it is to encroach on the <br />setback lines. <br />After discussion and questions, motion was made by Linda Mains <br />to grant the special exception to Pulte Homes for a front and <br /> <br />rear yard setback for block 4, lot 13, Meadow Park subdivision, <br />section 1. Second by Charlie Young. The motion carried, 4 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />
