CALL TO ORDER: —Board Member Warren called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS: —Board Member, Dennis Oian; Board Member, Nettie Warren; Board Member, Phillip <br />Hoot; Board Member, Thomas Deen; Alternate Board Member, John Blakemore; and Alternate Board Member, <br />Pat McCabe were present. Alternate Board Member Blakemore participated but did not vote. <br />3. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE MEETING MINUTES: <br />a. Approve the minutes of the meeting held on August 26, 2021, 2021. <br />Alternate Board Member McCabe moved to appr9ve the meeting minutes: the motion was adopted, 5-0. <br />4. Variance #21-93000004: Open a public hearing to consider Variance Request #21-93000004, a request by Richard <br />Aguilar, applicant and owner; for a variance to reduce the required setback for a proposed residential pool, on a <br />tract of land located at 760 Corbin Crest Tr. and legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Morgan's Landing Section 8, <br />Harris County, TX, <br />Planninq Technician. Chase Stewart, presented the proposed variance request. <br />Applicantpresentedtheir proposal and explained their rationale for the request. <br />5. ADJOURN PUBLIC HEARING: Public Hearing was adjourned at 6:16 PM. <br />6. CONSIDERATION: <br />Board members discussed the merits of the variance request. <br />Board Member Hoot made a motion to approve the re nested variance; the motion was adopted, 5-0. <br />7.
