COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />– <br />Regardingmatters appearing on the agenda; recognition of community <br />members, city employees, and upcoming events; inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or <br />existing policies – Councilmembers Clausen, Martin, Moser, Kaminski, Zemanek, Leonard, Engelken, <br />Mosteit and Mayor Rigby. <br /> <br />5.
