Alternate Member Leonard voiced his concerns with the redirection of water flowfrom F101-06. He said that this may create additional problems to those that currently exist in this areaand could reverse some of the improvements that have already been made.He is also concerned with a possible detention pond placed in the area that is currently used for parking area during eventsat theLomax Rodeo Arena, which would adversely affect the entire city.
